ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.Arun, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 9.

2. The petitioner seeks directions to close down the flour mill and chill mill operated by respondents 10 and 11. The writ petition is filed almost four years back. The present status is also not known to learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In case the said flour mill and chill mill are operating against the provisions of law, then the aggrieved person may agitate afresh.

4. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
