This petition is filed to condone the delay of 63 days in filing the above Criminal revision petition against the dismissal of criminal appeal dated 04.08.2025 in Crl.Appeal No.82 of 2020 on the file of Vth Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, confirming the trial Court judgment dated 19.12.2019 in STC.No.467 of 2018 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Sulur, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
