This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 27.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.15342 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17389 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court during the Court hearing dates.
