ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 08.08.2014 passed by this Court in W.A.No.168 of 2012 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.235 Public Works (C2) Department dated 30.11.2017.
3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
