2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the IX Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai, is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No. 1892 of 2020 and dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
