ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these Criminal Original Petitions. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner does not intend to recall PW-1 for further cross examination. It was further submitted that the petitioner wants to examine defence witnesses and due to the pandemic situation, the petitioner was not able to examine witnesses on the side of the defence. The Court below has therefore closed the proceedings and posted the case for final hearing. The learned counsel submitted that the present withdrawal should not stand in the way of the petitioner approaching the Court below to examine defence witnesses by filing an appropriate application. 2.These petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. If the petitioner intends to examine any witnesses on the side of the defence, it is for the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Court below and workout his remedy in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
