This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.224 of 2021 pending on the file of the respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.224 of 2021. He would reiterate that summons were issued to the petitioner, however, the petitioner has not appeared for the enquiry. Thereby, the respondent is unable to file the final report.
