[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by petitioner seeking a direction to second respondent to produce the detenu viz., Balakumaran S/o.Yogendran before this Court and to set him at liberty.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Respondent police have produced the detenu/husband of petitioner. He has informed of having left the company of petitioner on his own volition and with particular intent of taking care of his mother. He informs that he and his mother presently are at Trichy. Recording the aforestated position, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
