PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to sanction, draw and disburse the legal fees, due to the petitioner for the services rendered as Additional Advocate General-VII, to the 3rd Respondent department in the High Court of Judicature at Madras along with interest @ 12% p.a. from the date of the claim, till the date of realization, within a reasonable time as deem fit by this Court.
