Page numbers authorized by them from, in any manner conducting the Annual General Body Meeting of the 1st respondent/1st defendant association on 27.05.2017 or on any other date, including Elections pursuant to the notice dated 29.04.2017 of the 1st Respondent/1st Defendant herein; pending disposal of the suit.
O.A.No.539 of 2017:
Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant an order of interim mandatory injunction directing the 1st respondent/1st defendant herein to appoint an independent Election Officer of Observer to issue an appropriate Election Notification calling for nominations and to conduct Elections for various offices and committees in the 1st Respondent/1st Defendant Association on such date as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court pending disposal of the suit. These Original Applications coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for both the parties would submit that the Returning Officer, who conducted the election, may be directed to complete the process of election and declare the results, in view of the withdrawal of the suit by the plaintiffs.
2. In the light of the above submission, the Returning Officer is directed to complete the process of election and declare the election results immediately on receipt of a copy of this order.
