Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent herein to receive the application of the Petitioner dated 01.02.2021 in Form CCPA and the prescribed fee for the grant of Auto rickshaw permit to operate the vehicle within radius of 30 k.m. Distance from Hosur Town Old Bus Stand and to consider the same.

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondent to receive and consider the Application of the Petitioner dated 01.02.2021 in Form CCPA and the prescribed fee for the grant of Auto rickshaw permit to operate the vehicle within radius of 30 k.m. distance from Hosur Town Old Bus Stand. 2.

Mr. A.Ganesan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner on 01.02.2021 approached the respondent and submitted the prescribed application form for grant of Auto rickshaw permit to operate the vehicle within 30 km radius distance from Harur Town Old Bus stand, Dharmapuri, but the Respondent refused to receive the same, which compelled him to file this writ petition for the aforesaid relief. 3.

Mr. M.D.Ilayaraja, Learned Government Advocate taking notice for the Respondent, on instructions, submitted that due to law and order problem, there is an order restraining the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Respondent from receiving and considering the Application for grant of Auto rickshaw permit.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the Learned Counsel on either side, the Respondent is directed to receive the petitioner's Application in prescribed format along with required fee and consider the same, as and when the ban imposed is lifted by the competent authority.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
