ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No. 190/2015/A3 dated 25.03.2015 passed by the 1st respondent.

2. Today, when the matter came up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
