ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners herein, who were arrested for the alleged offence under Section 294(b), 506(ii), 307 and 302 of IPC in Crime No.416 of 2021 seek bail.

2. The petitioners are father and son. Due to enmity, the son has dashed unregistered tractor over the defacto complainant and others in which the defacto complainant has sustained fractured injury whereas one Ramadas was run over by the tractor. The F.I.R. indicates that not satisfied with the injuries caused to the defacto complainant and the deceased, the first petitioner on the instigation of the second petitioner has repeatedly run the Tractor over the said Ramadas to ensure his crush to death.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is yet to be completed and therefore, the release of the petitioners at this juncture, will lead to abscondence and tampering of the witnesses. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
