O R D E R

Alleging that the order dated 28.01.2020 passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.31685 of 2013 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. This court by its order dated 28.01.2020 has issued a direction to the law enforcing agency/respondent/contemnor to complete the investigation in Crime Nos. 66 of 2012 and 35 of 2013 and file a appropriate report within a period of four weeks.

3. In compliance with the said order, the respondent has filed a final report on 03.07.2021 and the copy of the final report was also served on the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, the order of this court has complied with. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. Appearance of the contemnors are dispensed with. Consequently, connected sub application petition is also closed.
