ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 303(2) of BNS Act and Section 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulations) Act, in Crime No.742 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier this Court vide order dated 12.01.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.36120 of 2025 had dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner with the following observations:

"6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of allegations and the submissions made by learned counsels on either side, and the fact that the petitioner had allegedly indulged in illegal transportation of 47 tons of stones from Andhra Pradesh violating the Mines and Minerals and causing damage to the ecology, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed."

3. Now the petitioner has preferred the second anticipatory bail without any change in circumstances, hence, I am not inclined to revisit the earlier order passed by this Court.
