O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the order passed by this Court in WMP.No.16319 of 2022 in WP.No.721 of 2022 dated 16.12.2022 wherein the last drawn salary of the petitioner was wrongly mentioned as 26,613.50/- instead of 26,449/-.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent also did not dispute the last drawn salary. Now the workman is also receiving the wages under Section 17(B) of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947, as per the last drawn wages of Rs.26,449/-.

3. In view of the same, the above said typographical error is corrected and the same is ordered that the last drawn wages is Rs.26,449/- instead of 26,613.50/-.
