ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28712 of 1/3

2019, dated 20.07.2020, thereby directed the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No. 608 of 2019, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that due to Corona Pandamic circumstances, the second respondent could not complete the investigation within the time stipulated by this Court. He would also submit that the second respondent is about to complete the investigation in Crime No. 608 of 2019.

3. Considering the above submission, the second respondent is directed to file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court in Crime No.608 of 2019, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Contempt Petition is disposed of.
