ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 9.1.2014 in W.P.No.794 of 2014, directed the respondents herein to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 11.7.2013 in accordance with law and dispose of the same by

passing appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Alleging that the said order has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as per the direction of this Court, the second respondent herein has passed an order dated 27.7.2016 on the representation of the petitioner, by rejecting the same.

3. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, I am of the opinion, nothing survives in this contempt petition and hence, the contempt petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the same, she is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law, if she is so advised.
