This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1995 of 2023 in para 5 of the order as follows :- "5. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready, before the learned Mahila Court, Alandur, on condition that the petitioners shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed and on further condition that:"

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the 5th petitioner is wife of 1st petitioner, 7th petitioner is wife of 2nd petitioner, 4th petitioner is mother of 5th petitioner, 6th petitioner is daughter-in-law of 4th petitioner, and 3rd petitioner is brother of 4th petitioner. If the condition to execute sureties is not modified, these petitioners would be put to much hardship and great sufferings. Therefore, he has filed this 1/3
petition to modify the condition.
3. Considering the above submission, the condition to report before the respondent police is modified to that effect as follows:- "the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready, before the learned Mahila Court, Alandur, on condition that the petitioners shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with common sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed and on further condition that ."
4. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 1995 of 2023 vide order dated 31.01.2023 shall remain unalterted.
5. Time is extended for further period of two weeks for execution of sureties from the date of receipt of the copy of order. 17.03.2023 rpp 2/3
