..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 5th respondent to receive the Joint report order and allow the petitioner to join the duty for the post of Revenue Inspector in the place at Thiruvelaiyattam Division office, Tharangapadi Taluk, Nagapattinam District based on her representation dated 28-1-2019 within stipulated time.

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the 5th respondent to receive the Joint report order and allow the petitioner to join the duty for the post of Revenue Inspector in the place at Thiruvelaiyattam Division office, Tharangapadi Taluk, Nagapattinam District based on her representation dated 281-2019. 2.The grievance of the writ petitioner is that she had submitted a joining report in the transferred place at Tharangapadi. However, the 5th respondent is not permitting the writ petitioner to join duty.

3.In this regard, the writ petitioner submitted a representation on 28.01.2019 to the 4th respondent to grant permission to her to join duty as per the transfer order. However, no decision is taken without providing any reason to the writ petitioner. The writ petitioner is not aware of the reasons for not permitting her to join duty. 4.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 28.01.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and all other relevant documents, if any, along with the orders passed in the writ petition.
