This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 07.02.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.2342 of 2024 to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall continue to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for further period of twenty days and thereafter, once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three weeks and thereafter, relaxed.
