2.These miscellaneous petitions were filed in the year 2022. This court by its orders dated 25.07.2022 has granted interim stay until further orders in CMP.No.9698 of 2022 and on 02.01.2023 has granted interim stay in CMP.No.22488 of 2022. Thereafter, the petitions have been pending till this date without any further progress. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping these miscellaneous petitions pending, at this length of time and hence, these petitions are closed.

3. Post the second appeals on 21.04.2025.
