This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent herein to give police protection to the petitioners for peaceful enjoyment of their property, based on the order of the learned Sub Divisional Executive Magistrate, Gobichettipalayam, dated 22.09.2022, made in Na. Ka. No. 5069/2022/A2.

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioners, the first respondent issued a notice to the petitioners and the third to fifth respondents herein and conducted an enquiry in order to comply with the order dated 22.09.2022 passed by the second respondent in letter and spirit.
