A. Nos.2516, 2517 & 2518 of 2024 in C.S. No.346 of 2015 P.B.BALAJI, J., The learned counsel for the Applicants/plaintiffs filed Application Nos.2516, 2517 and 2518 of 2024 to declare Master.Bavesh, the second applicant/2nd plaintiff in C.S. No.346 of 2015 as he has attained majority on 27.11.2021; to discharge Swarupa, the 1st Applicant/1st plaintiff as the Guardian of the minor son Master Bavesh who had attained majority on 27.11.2021 and to permit the 1st plaintiff to enter into a compromise on behalf of Baby Varsha viz., the third plaintiff who is a minor in the Civil Suit by receiving Rs.25,00,000/- on behalf of the minor daughter, to be invested in her name in an interest earning deposit scheme till such time she attains majority.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents fairly concedes that he has no serious objection for allowing this Applications as prayed for.

I have independently perused the affidavit filed in support of the above Applications, it is stated that Master.Bavesh, the second applicant/2nd plaintiff has attained majority even as early as on 27.11.2021 and the 1st plaintiff to enter into a compromise on behalf of Baby Varsha viz., the third plaintiff who is a minor and https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
P.B.BALAJI, J., receiving Rs.25,00,000/- on behalf of the minor daughter. I am satisfied with the reasons assigned for allowing the above Applications and there is also no serious objection in allowing all these Applications, accordingly, this Applications are ordered as prayed for.
