The petitioner has filed W.P.No.21393 of 2015 questioning the appointment of the third respondent as Principal. This Court on 16-07-2015 in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in W.P.No.21393 of 2015 has granted stay of the order.

Today, the learned Government Advocate has submitted that pursuant to the interim order dated 16-07-2015 in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in W.P.No.21393 of 2015 an order dated 28-102015 was passed, and one Mr. Murthy, was appointed as Principal-in-charge in the place of the third respondent in the writ petition.
