Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records pertaining to proceedings in C.No.51352/G1/924/2012 dated 11.10.2012 from the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

ORDER
The order passed by the Commissioner of Police in proceedings dated 11.10.2012, rejecting the claim of the petitioner to run his bakery shop during night hours between 12.00 pm, up to early morning is under challenge in the present writ petition.
2. The petitioner was permitted to run his tea stall and bakery from 10.00 am to 12.00 am. The petitioner submitted an application to grant permission beyond 12.00 am and the said claim was rejected by the Commissioner of Police in the year 2012. The regulation of business hours underwent many changes on account of efflux of time.
3. On account of efflux of time, the relief as such sought for lost its relevance. If at all any grievance exists to the petitioner as of now, he is at liberty to approach the competent authority in the manner known to law.
4. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
