ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court, dated 22.03.2018, passed in W.P.No.16603 of 2011, has not been complied with by the respondents, the petitioners have come up with the present contempt petition. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that as against the order passed in W.P.No16603 of 2011, dated 22.03.2018, writ appeal has been filed, in which, notice has been ordered and the same is pending before the Division Bench.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for consideration in the contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
