This Original Petition alongwith O.P.Nos. 18 to 20 of 2012 coming on this day before this Court for hearing through video conferencing in the presence of Mr.R.Rajarajan, Advocate for the Petitioner herein and Mr.V.Srikanth, Advocate for the 1st respondent herein and upon reading the petition and the Award dated 06.01.2012 filed herein, and the learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission of this court to withdraw all the Original Petitions and this court doth recordig the same, it is ordered as follows:- That the O.P.No.17 of 2012 be and is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
2. That there shall be no costs.
