ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 4.2.2014, in W.P.No.405 of 2014, directed the respondents herein to consider the claim of the petitioner for inclusion of his name in the panel for the year 2013 for the post of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Tahsildars at appropriate place according to his seniority

and pass appropriate orders, if he is otherwise eligible, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Since the said order has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have complied with the order of this Court. He has also produced a copy of the order dated 9.2.2015.

3. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and the contempt petition is closed. Consequently, connected application is also closed.
