The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and the respondent are settled the issues amicably between themselves and they wants to withdraw the petition. He further submitted that in this regard, Joint memo for withdrawal signed by both the parties has 1/3

also been filed.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner and also joint memo for withdrawal has also been filed, to withdraw the petition, this Court grants permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
