The writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the third respondent dated 13.07.2015.

2. When this writ petition was taken up for hearing on 11.09.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed on 18.09.2024. On 18.09.2024, again there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence the matter was ordered to be listed today i.e., on 14.10.2024 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In the said circumstances, this writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
