Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been detained under Tamil Nadu Preventive Detention Act, 1982 (Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982) in pursuance of the detention order passed in C.No.21/G/IS/2026, dated 19.02.2026 by the Office of the Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore City. 2.Recording the above submission made by him, this Criminal Original Petition shall stands dismissed.
