This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 30.08.2011 passed in IA.No.60 of 2011 in OS.No.8708 of 2010 on the file of the XVII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the main suit itself was dismissed for default. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication.

Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the civil revision petition, if the main suit is restored. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
