ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st & 2nd respondents to initiate action against the respondents 3 to 7 and register the case under relevant provisions of law as per complaint dated 11.11.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. It is averred in the petition that Wagon R. Car belonging to the petitioner, was taken away, since it was involved in a murder case and a complaint was lodged on 11.11.2014, but no action was initiated, therefore, the present O.P. has been preferred.

4. Learned Government Advocate(Crl Side) has submitted that after enquiry by the District Superintendent of Police, the petition was closed as 'mistake of fact'.
