This original petition has been filed seeking to appoint the petitioner as the guardian of the minor child Varghese Kurian @ Yohaan. The petitioner is the father of the child and the respondent is the mother.

2. It is seen from the petition, the minor child born on 18.08.2001.

Therefore, he is now attained the age of 18 and he is a major as of today.

Hence, this original petition is dismissed as infructuos. Consequently, all the connected applications are closed.
