COMMON ORDER The prayer sought for in these petitions is to call for the records and quash the proceedings in STC.No. 182 of 2016 and 183 of 2016 respectively, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ariyalur insofar as the petitioner herein is concerned.

2. Today, when these Criminal Original Petitions are taken up for consideration, though the learned Counsel for the petitioner is not present before this Court, he submitted a letter dated 24.01.2018 to the Registry for withdrawal of these petitions.
