The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous for the reason that the petitioner/tenant had already vacated the premises. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect in the grounds of the revision.

2.In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
