It is submitted by the learned counsel on either side that, as against the order, dated 22.04.2015, passed in W.P.No.2325 of 2004, Writ Appeals have been preferred by the respondents, being W.A.Nos.54 to 56 of 2016, and the said Writ Appeals have been admitted by the Hon'ble Division Bench, and an order of status-quo has been granted on 27.01.2016.
