This is the fourth anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner. Page No.1 of 4

Though the earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed by my learned predecessor, Hon'ble Justice A.D.Jagadish Chandira, this petition is listed before this Court pursuant to the orders passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31787 of 2024 on 04.03.2025.

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 336(2), 336(3), 340(2), 256 & 318(4) of BNS in Crime No.182 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner, who was working as an Employee in Neyveli Lignite, allegedly obtained a No Objection Certificate (NOC) fraudulently with the help of the the Head Constable.

The earlier anticipatory bail application was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1661 of 2025, dated 24.01.2025, by making the following observations:

"5. Considering the gravity of the offence and that the petitioner has six previous cases pending against him and taking note of the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner."

Considering the aforesaid facts, and since this Court, finds no change in circumstances, is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
