O R D E R

This Court by order dated 24.08.2012 directed the third respondent to consider the representation dated 11.07.2011 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Since the said order has not been complied with, the petitioners filed the present contempt petition.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate submitted that necessary action has been taken and correction was made in the computer patta issued by the Tahsildar, Hosur. He has also produced the copy of the same before this Court. 3.Recording the submission so made by the learned Government Advocate, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
