These petitions are filed to restrain the respondents from disturbing the peaceful possession of the property belonging to the petitioner and to stay the further proceedings pursuant to the impugned order of the 1st respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. It is seen from the materials available on record that the impugned orders were passed in the years 1993 & 1997 and the petitioner has come up with the Writ Petition after a lapse of two decades, claiming that the impugned orders were served on the petitioner only in the year 2021.

4. Though the petitioner claims that the impugned orders were served only in the year 2021, yet there is no material placed before this Court to substantiate the same. Hence, the prayer sought for in these petitions cannot be considered, since, the petitioner has approached this Court after a lapse of two decades. Hence, the petitions filed seeking grant of interim reliefs are dismissed.
