Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 6th respondent dated 03.09.2013 in his Order No.C-11021/ CISF/ISEC/ QM-ACOMDTN/ 13-2017 communicated by the 7th respondent dated 20.09.2013 in his order No.12013/CISF/TAP/QM/F.A/2013-2679 and quash the same and to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to retain the Quarters No.B-29, ISRO Satellite Centre Quarters, Bangalore till April 2014 so as to enable the son's education of the petitioner.

ORDER

Challenging the order dated 03.09.2013 passed by the sixth respondent with respect to vacation of the Government Family Accommodation/Recovery of Penal Rent, which was communicated by the seventh respondent on 20.09.2013, the petitioner has come up with present writ petition. A consequential direction has also been sought by the petitioner to the respondents to permit him to retain the Quarters bearing No.B-29, ISRO Satellite Centre Quarters, Bangalore till April 2014 for the purpose of his son's education.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner already vacated the premises and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. On the other hand, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that there are some arrears to be recovered from the petitioner.

4.Leaving it open to the respondents to workout the remedy in the manner known to law, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
