Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.1256/2016/XI dated 08.03.2018 and to quash the same in so far as the posting of the 4th respondent in 3rd respondent school as Noon Meal Organiser and consequently, direct the respondents 1 and 2 to post the petitioner at P.Chennachandiram Panchayat Union Middle School as Noon Meal Organiser by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2018.

O R D E R

Challenging the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.1256/2016/XI dated 08.03.2018 wherein and whereby the 4th respondent Shiyamala was appointed as Noon Meal Organizer in P.Chennanchandiram Panchayat Union Middle School, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that when the petitioner was serving as Noon Meal Organizer in Panchayat Union Primary School, Soolagiri, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, she was also given an additional charge of P.Chennachandiram Panchayat Union Middle School. The petitioner has also discharged his duties taking care of the aforesaid both centres. The village of the petitioner is situated 3 kms. away from P.Chennachandiram Panchayat Union Middle School and therefore, it is always convenient to the petitioner to come and serve as Noon Meal Organiser in P.Chennachandiram Panchayat Union Middle School. But, all of a sudden, the 4th respondent has been appointed as a Noon Meal Organiser in P.Chennachandiram Panchayat Union Middle School relieving the petitioner as a result, the 4th respondent, who is hailing 12kms. away from the said centre. Now the grievance of the

petitioner is that though she is residing within 3 kms from P.Chennachandiram Panchayat Union Middle School, she has been retained in Shoolagiri Panchayat Union Middle School. Hence challenging the said order, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 3.

Heard Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. 4.

This Court finds no merit in the Writ Petition. The reason being that when it is an admitted case of the petitioner that she is residing 5 kms. away from the Panchayat Union Primary School, Soolagiri, no prejudice would be caused to her for not posting her to the Noon Meal Centre at P.Chennachandiram Panchayat Union Middle School.

At this stage, the learned Counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to at least issue a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 9.2.2018. 6.

Since this Court finds no merit in the Writ Petition, the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner to consider the representation of the petitioner is also rejected.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
