1. This is a petition filed by the detenue's husband. The detenue is, one, Sri Varshini. The detenue has been produced in Court. The detenue says that she wishes to return to the petitioner/husband.
2. The respondent No.2, who is a person known to the petitioner, is also present in Court. He has undertaken before us that he will not be cause any disruption in the married life of the petitioner.
