Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.K.MALINI DURGA, for MR.D.R.ARUN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The second appeal has been admitted today, but captioned 'Civil Miscellaneous Petition' ('CMP' for the sake of brevity) is predicated on alleged attempts to alienate the suit property. At this admission stage, there is nothing in support of alleged attempts to alienate. Therefore, captioned CMP is disposed of as closed albeit preserving the rights of the petitioners to take out a CMP with suitable prayer (including same prayer) if the need arises.
