ORDER

This contempt petition is filed for the noncompliance of the order made in W.P.No.16624 of 2017, dated 03.07.2017.

2. Mr.V.C.Selvasekaran, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this court

passed in the writ petition, by passing an order dated 10.01.2018.

3. Mr.G.P.Arivuchudar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that the respondent had passed an order on 10.01.2018.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I do not find any reason to keep the Contempt Petition pending. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to workout her remedy in accordance with law.
