This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 79 days in filing the Appeal in the above A.S.No.sr23693 of 2024.

2.Heard, Mr.V.Manohar, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr.G.R.M.Palaniappan, learned counsel for R1 to R3 & R5 to R10.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, I am inclined to order this Petition.

4.Accordingly, this Petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is in order, and print the name of Mr.G.R.M.Palaniappan, as learned counsel for R1 to R3 & R5 to R10, at the time of listing the Appeal Suit.
