2.It is now submitted by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that the revised G.O.(D) No.126 School Education (pa.ka.1(1) department https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dated 16.07.2015 came to be passed, thereby giving effect
to the order of this court dated 26.3.2014, with monetary benefits, with effect from 20.9.2007.
3.In view of the same, the second respondent, Director of School Education, Chennai, is directed to take further steps to sanction and disburse the amount due to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and the contempt petition is accordingly ordered.
