2. This Writ Petition is disposed at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on merits of the case by directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 23.10.2021 of the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The respondent shall consider the Disability Certificate of the petitioner and give preference to the petitioner, in case, such shops are being alloted to persons with disability. No costs.
