ORDER

Seeking to punish the respondent for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 21.03.2014 made in W.P.No.8394 of 2014, the petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition.

2. Pending contempt petition, the respondents in the writ petition filed a miscellaneous petition in M.P.No.1 of 2014 seeking extension of time to comply with the order of this court made in the above writ petition.

3. Today, when the contempt petition came up for hearing, the the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order in the writ petition has been complied with by the respondent. He has also produced a Xerox copy of the Government Order in G.O.(Pa) No.18, Energy (D2) Department, dated 01.10.2014.

4. In view of the above, no more adjudication is required in this matter and the contempt petition is accordingly closed. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2014 in W.P.No.8394 of 2014 is closed.
